My Chili

Double or triple ingredients as necessary

You will need:

Place all canned ingredients and bay leaf in pot on simmer to get warm

Brown meat with diced onion

Dump meat into pot with other ingredients
And about a tablespoon of the chili and cayenne powders. Taste, and then keep adding them until acquired taste/spice is achieved.

Then add the heat.  I use an assortment of a few of my favorite hot sauces and just add and blend until the heat is right.

Let simmer for 30-60 minutes. (tastes better the next day though)
